THE ROLE

As a Marketing Communications Intern, you will support our marketing team in executing various communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage our target audience. This role offers hands-on experience in crafting compelling content, managing digital platforms, and assisting with marketing campaigns.

YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY

• Assist in creating content for various marketing materials including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and website content.

• Help in managing and updating Skytree’s profiles on social media platforms across our LinkedIn and Youtube accounts.

• Contribute to brand promotion efforts by ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.

• Help with organizing and driving marketing projects to ensure projects run seamlessly and are completed on time.

• Assisting in event preparations by evaluating which industry events would be the most impactful,gathering intel, creating content, and driving communication.

• Assisting in local event preparations by building event booths (using pre-designed event kit)

• Working collaboratively with the 3 facets of the Marketing team (Design, Communications & Operations).

WHO YOU ARE

• You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Proactive.

• Eager to take on new challenges.

• Strong creativity and communication skills.

• Passionate about content creation and social media.

• Highly organized and have good interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects.

• Strong communication skills in English, Dutch is a bonus.

• Familiarity with Project management systems like Monday.com, is a bonus.

• You are already based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance to Amsterdam.

* Internship duration- 4-6 months, full-time for 40 hrs a week.

* Start date- June/July 2024.
* This position does not meet the criteria for employer sponsorship, therefore we are unable to support work permit or residency applications.
